Melding Fandoms!! Woo Hoo!!

I can't help but repost this little bit of delight, snagged from whedonesque and sueworld2003 and most of all to liliaeth for bringing it to my attention!

The two actors, who previously worked together both on Buffy the Vampire Slayer and its David Boreanaz-fronted spin-off Angel, will be playing husband and wife on the spooktacular drama, which launches its new cycle on Friday, Sept. 23, at 9/8c. Watch for this glorious genre-gasm to come in the new season’s fifth episode, titled “Shut Up, Dr. Phil.”

“This episode is ‘Bewitched gone wrong,’” reveals showrunner Sera Gamble. “[It was] all upside for this successful man (Marsters) while he was married to the witch (Carpenter), but now that he’s pissed her off, the whole town is paying the price.”

Now behind a cut for your protection. Sorry for inadvertently spoiling anyone.

Please don't be mad at me but....this just spoiled the hell out of me and i hate spoilers and i had no clue until most of the way through what this was and...bah.

Maybe you might wanna cut the episode stuff for your flist that's trying to stay unspoiled.

I know, your lj, not really your fault, but it's hard to know this was a Show spoiler when the comms are Buffy comms....

So sorry, darling! It's all over my FL and not under cuts, so I didn't think. For you it's now like closing the barn door after the horses have escaped, but I hope you'll forgive me. **smooches**

Oh, i do. I know i'm a big ole spoiler-phobe, and most of my flist seems to have stopped being *quite* so into Show, so i've only seen mention a couple times of 'this actor is gonna be on Show!!'

I just hadn't seen such detailed episode stuff yet. I don't think a casting note is a spoiler unless the character is described in detail, and i'm all 'eeeeee!' for Spike Mr. Marsters and Cordy Ms. Carpenter to be on Show.

*i first heard it and was all - omg, xover!! which would be a freakin' blast, but i knew they wouldn't go there*

*twirls you*
